My name is Lynn Ramsbottom and I am a textile artist and feltmaker. On this site you will find information about my own and other people's hand made felt and explanations and instructions about how to make wet and dry felt, how to dye the fibres and there are some items for sale in my shop.
Everything I make is unique I can't make the same thing twice and I don't even want to. You can start making felt in a single afternoon but the journey lasts a lifetime.
I have now started teaching feltmaking in my studio in Dunblane as well as travelling to larger groups, shops and guilds of up to 10 participants. Go to my Workshops page for more details.
